This policy outlines our terms for programme bookings, cancellations, transfers, and related changes. It is designed to provide clarity on your options and responsibilities when registering for our programmes.
At LOCEPX – London Centre for Professional Excellence, our programmes require advance planning and commitment of faculty, learning resources, technology, venues and other delivery arrangements. We therefore ask participants and organisations to review their programme selection carefully before confirming a booking.
A place on a LOCEPX programme is confirmed once the required payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued by LOCEPX.
Programme fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of booking. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be clearly communicated where relevant.
Once payment has been made and a booking has been confirmed, programme fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you are unable to attend, we provide the option to transfer your booking in accordance with the conditions below.
If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend your booked programme, you may request one transfer to another available LOCEPX programme or future cohort.
Transfer requests should normally be made at least 14 calendar days before the programme start date and are subject to availability and confirmation by LOCEPX.
The replacement programme should normally be taken within 12 months of the original programme date.
If the replacement programme has a higher fee, the difference must be paid before the transfer is confirmed. Where the replacement programme has a lower fee, the difference is not refundable.
Once a booking has been transferred, it cannot normally be transferred again or exchanged for a cash refund.
For bookings made by organisations, a participant who is unable to attend may normally be replaced by another suitable participant from the same organisation.
Please contact LOCEPX before the programme begins to arrange a delegate substitution. Substitutions are subject to programme suitability and confirmation by LOCEPX.
Requests received fewer than 14 calendar days before the programme begins will be considered at LOCEPX's discretion. At this stage, faculty, venue, materials and other programme commitments may already have been made, and a transfer cannot therefore be guaranteed.
Failure to attend a confirmed programme without prior notification will be treated as a no-show.
No refunds, credits or transfers will normally be provided for no-shows.
Where a participant attends only part of a programme or withdraws after the programme has started, no refund, credit or transfer will normally be provided for the unused portion.
LOCEPX may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to programme dates, faculty, venues, delivery arrangements or programme content.
If LOCEPX reschedules a programme, your booking will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will work with you to identify another suitable LOCEPX programme or future cohort.
If LOCEPX is unable to deliver a confirmed programme, we will first offer participants an appropriate alternative, which may include:
Where LOCEPX cannot provide the booked programme or a suitable alternative, any refund or other remedy required under applicable law will apply.
Corporate, private and bespoke programmes may be subject to separate terms contained within the relevant proposal, agreement or Statement of Work.
These may include specific provisions relating to deposits, payment schedules, programme customisation, participant numbers, faculty commitments, travel, venues, postponement, rescheduling and cancellation.
Please ensure that you are able to attend and that the programme is suitable for your requirements before completing your booking.
By making payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Booking, Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to curricula, frameworks, proprietary concepts, Programme materials, videos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of LOCEPX or its licensors.
