These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our executive education programmes, corporate training solutions, website, and associated digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for a programme or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and LOCEPX.

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to curricula, frameworks, proprietary concepts, programme materials, videos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of LOCEPX or its licensors.
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the programme materials solely for personal professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of our intellectual property without prior written consent from LOCEPX.
While LOCEPX strives to provide high-quality educational experiences and transformative corporate solutions, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOCEPX shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to LOCEPX for any specific programme or service in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of London, England, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
