Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to develop an enterprise AI strategy that connects artificial intelligence investment directly with business priorities, organisational capability and measurable value. This LOCEPX Training course enables participants to move beyond disconnected AI initiatives and establish a clear strategic direction for where, why and how AI should be deployed across the organisation.
Many organisations are experimenting with AI across multiple functions, yet experimentation alone does not constitute an enterprise strategy. AI Strategy to Value™ provides leaders with a structured approach for defining AI ambition, identifying strategic opportunities, assessing organisational readiness, prioritising use cases and establishing the governance required for coordinated adoption. Participants will examine how AI strategy should connect with corporate strategy, customer value, operational performance, workforce capability, data, technology and transformation priorities. The programme also addresses investment choices, portfolio prioritisation, implementation sequencing and value measurement. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to develop an enterprise AI strategy that provides leadership clarity, focuses investment on the right opportunities and creates a practical pathway from AI ambition to sustainable organisational value.
