Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to build a workforce capable of delivering organisational strategy in a future increasingly shaped by AI, automation, changing skills and new ways of working. This LOCEPX Training course develops the strategic capability to determine how roles will evolve, identify the capabilities the organisation will need and make deliberate decisions about reskilling, redeployment, talent acquisition and human-AI collaboration.
The workforce of the future cannot be built by simply recruiting for tomorrow using the roles and skills of today. Workforce 2030™ challenges leaders to rethink how capability is created and sustained as technology changes the nature of work. Participants will examine future work requirements, role evolution, skills disruption, workforce segmentation, capability gaps, talent pathways and alternative workforce models. Particular attention is given to determining which capabilities should be developed internally, acquired externally, augmented by AI or accessed through partnerships and flexible talent models. The programme enables leaders to create an integrated workforce strategy that balances future capability with organisational realities and provides a practical pathway for building a skilled, adaptable and resilient workforce.
