Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips managers to lead their teams effectively through organisational change while continuing to maintain performance, engagement and delivery. This LOCEPX Training course develops the practical capability managers need to translate change into meaningful actions for their teams, respond to uncertainty, manage resistance and help employees move from understanding change to adopting new ways of working.
Managers occupy a critical position during organisational change. Senior leaders may define the direction and transformation teams may design the programme, but employees often experience change through their immediate manager. The Change-Ready Manager™ helps managers understand this responsibility and lead confidently through the practical realities of change. Participants will learn to interpret change, understand its impact on their teams, communicate with clarity even when every answer is not available, recognise different employee responses and identify barriers to adoption. The programme also explores how managers can reinforce new behaviours, maintain business performance during transition and provide valuable frontline insight back into the wider change process.
