Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips managers to lead teams effectively through periods of organisational change, disruption and transition. This LOCEPX Training course develops the practical management capability required to maintain clarity, engagement and performance while employees adjust to changing structures, processes, technologies, responsibilities and ways of working.
Organisational change can place significant pressure on teams. Employees may experience uncertainty about what the change means for them, established routines can be disrupted, workloads may increase and different people will adapt at different speeds. Managers must therefore balance two responsibilities: helping people navigate the transition while continuing to deliver the work of the organisation. Leading Through Change™ provides managers with a practical approach for achieving this balance. Participants will learn to assess how change is affecting their teams, recognise signs of disengagement and change fatigue, communicate through uncertainty, reset priorities, manage changing workloads and support employees through transition. The programme focuses on maintaining team cohesion and performance while progressively establishing the new ways of working required by the organisation.
