Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips experienced and middle managers to translate organisational strategy into meaningful priorities, actions and performance expectations for their teams. This LOCEPX Training course strengthens the critical management capability required to connect what the organisation wants to achieve with what teams actually need to understand, prioritise and deliver.
Strategy often becomes diluted as it moves through an organisation. Senior leaders may understand the strategic direction, while employees experience a collection of targets, projects and activities without always seeing how they connect to the bigger picture. Strategy to Team™ helps managers close this gap. Participants learn how to interpret strategic priorities, determine what they mean for their function or team, translate them into clear outcomes and establish ownership for delivery. The programme also explores resource alignment, performance measures, communication, competing priorities and execution reviews, enabling managers to create a clear line of sight from organisational strategy through team contribution to measurable results.
