Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips executives and senior leaders to create stronger accountability for organisational performance, strategic priorities and results. This LOCEPX Training course develops the leadership discipline required to establish clear ownership, set meaningful expectations, make difficult performance decisions and ensure that commitments translate into measurable outcomes.
Accountability at executive level is more than assigning responsibility or reviewing performance reports. It requires clarity about who owns outcomes, what decisions leaders are expected to make, how performance is measured and what happens when commitments are not delivered. The Accountability Advantage™ provides a practical approach for strengthening accountability without creating blame, excessive control or unnecessary bureaucracy. Participants will examine executive ownership, decision rights, performance expectations, leadership behaviours, cross-functional accountability and intervention. Particular attention is given to situations where accountability becomes diluted across functions, committees or complex organisational structures. The programme enables leaders to build an environment where commitments are explicit, performance is visible and individuals and leadership teams take genuine ownership for organisational results.
