Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to determine whether their organisation is genuinely prepared for change before significant transformation begins. This LOCEPX Training course develops the capability to assess readiness across leadership, people, culture, capability, capacity and organisational systems, enabling leaders to identify barriers early and create the conditions required for successful adoption.
Many change initiatives begin with plans, timelines and implementation structures before organisations understand whether people are actually ready to operate differently. Change Ready™ shifts attention to this critical precondition for success. Participants will learn how to diagnose organisational readiness, identify capability and capacity gaps, understand cultural and behavioural barriers, assess leadership alignment and evaluate the cumulative impact of existing change. The programme explores readiness as an enterprise condition rather than simply employee willingness to change. Participants will develop practical approaches for determining where intervention is required, strengthening organisational preparedness and making informed decisions about the pace, sequencing and mobilisation of change.
