Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips boards and executive leadership teams with the strategic understanding required to govern artificial intelligence confidently and provide effective oversight of enterprise AI. This LOCEPX Training course enables senior decision-makers to ask the right questions, challenge AI proposals constructively and ensure that investment, risk, governance, workforce implications and business value receive appropriate leadership attention.
As AI becomes increasingly consequential to organisational strategy, responsibility cannot remain solely within technology or specialist teams. Boards and executive teams must understand where AI could create or destroy value, what level of risk the organisation is accepting, whether appropriate governance exists and whether leadership has the capabilities required to oversee adoption responsibly. The AI Boardroom™ provides a deliberately non-technical executive perspective on these responsibilities. Participants will examine AI through strategy, investment, governance, risk, people and performance lenses while developing the questions and decision disciplines required at the highest organisational levels. The programme enables leadership teams to establish clearer AI oversight, strengthen collective accountability and create an informed boardroom agenda for responsible enterprise AI.
