Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to navigate the organisational changes required as artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded in how businesses operate, make decisions and deliver value. This LOCEPX Training course develops the leadership capability required to move beyond adopting AI tools towards creating an organisation where strategy, people, processes, technology and governance work together effectively.
Becoming AI-enabled is fundamentally an organisational and leadership challenge. Leaders must determine where AI should create value, how work and decision-making will change, which capabilities employees will require and how human judgement and accountability will be maintained. Leading with AI™ provides an integrated approach to these challenges, helping participants examine AI through the lenses of organisational strategy, operating models, workforce capability, culture, governance and transformation. Participants will explore how to create the conditions for responsible AI adoption, lead employees through changing ways of working and ensure that technology supports rather than dictates organisational priorities. The programme enables leaders to develop a practical roadmap for moving from fragmented AI activity towards a coherent, responsible and high-performing AI-enabled organisation.
