Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders and managers to create a performance environment where expectations are clear, ownership is visible and accountability becomes part of everyday leadership. This LOCEPX Training course strengthens the capability to set meaningful expectations, monitor performance effectively, address underperformance early and hold constructive conversations that improve individual and team results.
Accountability is not simply about measuring performance or responding when something goes wrong. It begins with clarity: people need to understand what they own, what good performance looks like, how their contribution connects to organisational priorities and what happens when commitments are not delivered. The Accountability Advantage™ provides managers with a practical approach to creating this environment without falling into micromanagement or blame. Participants will explore performance expectations, delegation, ownership, feedback, difficult conversations and performance improvement. The programme also examines the leader's own accountability and how inconsistent leadership behaviour can weaken performance cultures. Participants leave better equipped to establish standards, confront performance issues confidently and build teams in which people take genuine responsibility for delivering results.
