Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to identify, build and sustain the organisational capabilities required to deliver strategy in a rapidly changing environment. This LOCEPX Training course develops the strategic discipline to move beyond individual skills and understand the combination of people, processes, technology, data, leadership and organisational systems that enables an organisation to perform consistently and adapt over time.
Organisations can have talented people and ambitious strategies yet still lack the collective capability required to execute effectively. The Capability Advantage™ helps leaders determine which organisational capabilities are strategically critical, assess existing strengths and weaknesses and prioritise investment where it will create the greatest value. Participants will examine the relationship between strategy and capability, distinguish individual competence from organisational capability and explore how AI, changing operating models and new ways of working are reshaping future requirements. The programme provides a practical approach for diagnosing capability gaps, determining how capabilities should be developed and embedding them across the organisation so that capability becomes a sustainable source of performance, adaptability and competitive advantage.
