Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to identify the skills and organisational capabilities required to execute future strategy in an environment increasingly shaped by AI, automation and changing work. This LOCEPX Training course develops the strategic capability to move beyond reactive training decisions, understand emerging skills requirements, identify critical gaps and build a deliberate skills strategy aligned with future organisational priorities.
Skills are becoming a strategic organisational asset. As roles evolve and technology changes how work is performed, organisations need greater visibility of the capabilities they have today, the capabilities they will require tomorrow and where significant gaps could constrain future performance. Future Skills Advantage™ provides a structured approach for connecting business strategy, future work and workforce capability. Participants will examine skills intelligence, capability mapping, proficiency, skills gaps, role evolution, reskilling, upskilling and alternative approaches to acquiring capability. The programme enables leaders to prioritise investment around strategically important skills, create clearer pathways for workforce development and build an organisation capable of continuously adapting as capability requirements evolve.
