Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to develop a strategic approach to reskilling and upskilling as work, technology and organisational capability requirements continue to change. This LOCEPX Training course moves beyond traditional training programmes to help organisations determine which skills are becoming critical, where existing capability can be repositioned and how workforce development investment can be directly connected to future business requirements.
Reskilling and upskilling are becoming strategic business decisions rather than simply learning and development activities. As AI, automation and new operating models reshape roles and tasks, organisations must understand which capabilities they already possess, which will remain valuable, which need to evolve and where entirely new capabilities must be created. The Workforce Reinvention™ provides a structured approach for identifying workforce exposure to change, mapping skills gaps, assessing skills adjacency and determining where employees can be reskilled, upskilled or redeployed. Participants will explore how to prioritise capability investment, create practical learning pathways, strengthen internal mobility and measure whether workforce development is translating into improved organisational capability.
