Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips managers with the communication skills required to lead people, create clarity and manage everyday workplace situations effectively. This LOCEPX Training course develops the confidence and practical capability to communicate expectations, listen effectively, adapt messages to different people, navigate difficult conversations and ensure that communication leads to understanding and action.
Managers communicate constantly. They explain priorities, delegate work, give feedback, run meetings, manage disagreements, communicate change and represent decisions made elsewhere in the organisation. Yet communication can easily become unclear, inconsistent or misunderstood, affecting trust, engagement and performance. The Manager’s Voice™ provides managers with a practical approach to communicating effectively across different situations and audiences. Participants will learn how to structure messages, listen and question more effectively, communicate with confidence, adapt their style and handle challenging conversations. The programme enables managers to develop a credible management voice that is clear, respectful and capable of influencing positive action.
