Rather than teaching strategy as an abstract discipline, the programme repeatedly challenges participants to consider: What is the real issue? Why does it matter to the organisation? What are we not seeing? What are the consequences of acting or not acting? What would a senior leader need to consider before deciding?

Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips experienced managers to develop the quality of thinking expected at senior and executive leadership levels. This LOCEPX Training course helps participants move beyond the immediate demands of their function, team or operational responsibilities and learn to examine issues through a broader organisational, strategic and longer-term lens.
Executive thinking is not simply about knowing more or holding a more senior title. It requires the ability to see connections across the organisation, identify what truly matters, distinguish strategic issues from operational noise and consider the wider consequences of decisions. Think Like a Senior Leader™ develops these capabilities deliberately. Participants will learn to examine issues from multiple perspectives, challenge assumptions, interpret complex information, anticipate consequences and make considered trade-offs between competing organisational priorities. The programme prepares managers to contribute at a higher level by changing not simply what they manage, but how they think.
