Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips experienced and middle managers to build teams that consistently deliver strong results while maintaining engagement, accountability and effective collaboration. This LOCEPX Training course develops the practical management capability required to move beyond managing individuals and create the collective conditions in which an entire team can perform.
High-performing teams do not emerge simply by bringing talented individuals together. Managers must create clarity around purpose and priorities, establish effective ways of working, build trust, manage different strengths and personalities, address performance issues and ensure that team members take collective responsibility for results. The High-Performance Manager™ provides a structured approach for understanding team performance, diagnosing barriers and deliberately strengthening how teams operate. Participants will explore team dynamics, psychological safety, accountability, collaboration, decision-making, conflict, performance and continuous improvement. The programme enables managers to create teams that are aligned around outcomes, capable of challenging constructively and increasingly able to perform without excessive dependence on the manager.
