Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to translate transformation ambition into coordinated organisational action and sustainable results. This LOCEPX Training course develops the leadership capability required to create direction, mobilise people, align the organisation and maintain momentum through the complexity, resistance and uncertainty that accompany significant transformation.
Organisational transformation is fundamentally different from managing an individual change initiative. It requires leaders to connect strategy, operating models, people, culture, capability, governance and execution while continuing to deliver business performance. The Transformation Leader™ provides a practical leadership approach to navigating this complexity. Participants will examine how to define the transformation case, establish leadership alignment, assess organisational readiness, mobilise stakeholders and create clear accountability for delivery. The programme also explores the human realities of transformation, including resistance, competing priorities, change fatigue and behavioural adoption. Participants leave equipped to lead transformation as an enterprise responsibility, moving beyond implementation milestones towards meaningful organisational change, embedded capability and measurable outcomes.
